An entire event, run by automation

Kala Quest — Azadi ka Utsav is a national arts competition for school students. In Season 1 the team invited schools one email at a time, collected registrations over chat, and typed out every confirmation by hand. It worked — but it capped how far they could reach.

For Season 2 we built two automated engines. All four rounds of email content — invitation, reminder, deadline extension and final call — were written once and loaded in with their dates, so the system knows what to send and when. Every invitation and confirmation still goes out; none of it needs a person any more.
